We ask that
any defective products
be returned so that we can find out for sure what the problem
is, and take steps to prevent that problem from happening again.
Our goal is to ship every order within 2 business days. If circumsances
prevent us from doing that we will email you to inform you about
the problem. (Please note that any order arriving after 1PM EST,
is considered as arriving the following day.)
Our goal is to have copies of every listed catalog item in stock.
We recognize that it sometimes will happen that we are unable to
do this, so we have revised our shopping cart code to keep a tight
track on inventory, and inform you up front if we are low or out
of a specific item.
We pledge to keep you informed of any problems with your order
in a timely manner.
And we pledge that your credit card will never be charged until
your order is ready to ship. |
We would
love to hear from you at any time about our products and our
business. Did you enjoy the CD? What did you think of the
story, or the recording, or the actors? We'll be delighted
to forward any mail or e-mail or faxes to the people involved;
of course in many cases you can contact them directly.
Please don't
hesitate to comment! People work very hard on these productions,
and send them out, and almost never get to hear applause, laughter,
boos or hisses. Every response is very welcome.
