What is Celestial Navigations? If you've heard them on radio or XM, or even live, you already know. Celetial Navigations is a series of short narrations, performed -- yes, performed -- by a single voice, with original music, and sound effects. Each one is conceived as a theatrical event, and is meticulously performed and produced. It is part performance art, part audio theater.

Celestial Navigations is made up of actor Geoffrey Lewis, and musician Geoff Levin, who met in 1969, and have been working together ever since. They have been performing as Celestial Navigations since 1984.

This is Celestial Navigations' debut CD from 1986. It reached #13 on Billboard Top New Age Albums chart. It contains the "hit single" The Valley.
